    Construction of this bridge will bring a number of benefits to traffic management in the area, easing the congestion currently suffered on the existing bridges.

    This bridge will also provide a new connection between the industrial area of Cebú and Mactan International Airport, as well as to the new urban developments of Córdova located on the same island, making it a primary piece of infrastructure that will boost the local economy.
