The real estate developer Gestilar has awarded ACCIONA the contract to construct a residential building in the town of Oeiras (Portugal), in the region and district of Lisbon, some eight kilometres from the centre of the Portuguese capital. The Gestilar Residences Miraflores project has a budget of €26 million and is expected to take 23.3 months to complete.
The building, for residential use with 111 apartments, will be in one of the most developed parts of the town, with views over Miraflores Park, Monsanto Park and close to the Algés riverbank. Gestilar Residences Miraflores has a total of 13 floors, plus an additional floor for commercial premises and four underground car parking levels. The roof of the building will have a swimming pool, a sundeck and a gym.
